• a guarantee of correctness, performance, or security

• an implementation or delivery commitment unless explicitly agreed

1.3 Advisory Services

Where Bridge the Gapp provides advisory or consultative services, including mobile technology stack guidance, such services are intended to support the client’s evaluation and decision-making process. Bridge the Gapp provides recommendations, observations, and practical input, but does not make decisions on the client’s behalf. Final decisions on tools, platforms, vendors, budget, architecture, and implementation approach remain with the client.
